Delphinium maackianum Regel,as a member of the Rannculaceae family,is distributed in Liaoning,Jilin and eastern Heilongjiang province of China. The Rannculaceae plants show various biological activities, such as heat-clearing,detoxifying drugs and eliminating dampness.Diterpenes are main active ingredients existing in Delphinium along with flavonoids, sterols and fatty acids, which are used for treating analgesia, hemostasis, epilepsy, addiction, alzheimer etc.For the better exploitation and utilization of Delphinium medicinal resources, the chemical components especially the diterpene alkaloids of Delphinium maackianum Regel were studied systematically in this paper.Normal phase silica gel column chromatography, reverse phase silica gel column chromatography, basic alumina column chromatography, medium pressure column chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography were used to separate and purify the diterpene alkaloid constituents in Delphinium maackianum Regel. The structures were analyzed by UPLC-MS?UV 1D and 2D NMR.According to the literature and data analysis,9 diterpenoid alkaloids were obtained which are Anthroyllycoctonine?Methyllycaconitine?Lycaconitine?Delavaine A Free Acid?Delavaine B Free Acid?Lappaconitine?Delcoridine?Delectinine and 14-O-Acetyldelectinine?...
