Modified Left Gold Particles In Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis And Precancerous Lesions In Clinical Studies

Objective:We studied precancers lesions of chronic atrophic gastritispatients to investigate the curative effect of "JiaWeiZuoJin"Granual(JWZJG),work out evaluate objectively and pay attention to the possiblemechanism in treating precancers lesions of CAG,in order to supplyingsome theory bases for extending new clinical medicine.Methods:80 precancers lesions of CAG patients were came from theoutpatients Hubei Hospital of TCM and Wuhanxiehe Hospital, all werediagnosed as CAG by gastroscope and histology .All cases were bedivided into two groups randomly, 40 cases were served as observegroup treated by JWZJG, the other 40 cases were served as control groupand treated by "Weifuchun" tablet(WFCT), both of the groups wastreated for twelve weeks as a period of course.To observe the changesymptom, gastroscope appearance, inflammatory cell, histology, HPinfection of both groups before and after the treated ,and analyse bystatistics.Results:Clinical research showed that in JWZJG group the total effectiverate was 90.0％;while the WFCT group was 72.5％, (P＜0.05) .The totaleffective rate of gastroscope appearance, inflammatory cell,atrophy andintestinal metaplasia were 75.0％, 80.0％, 72.5％and 69.0％in JWZJGgroup, while the WFCT group were 52.5％, 57.5％, 50％and 41.9％,compared with WFCT group, The differents was significant in statistics(p＜0.05). But The total effective rate of dysplasia andH.pylori-eradicating were 61.6％and 60.7％in JWZJG group. Comparedwith WFCT group,The differents wasn't significant in statistics (p＞0.05).Conclusions:Working out treating principles based on "Coordinating liver and spleen"and"pungent drugs for dispersion and bitter drugs for purgation"in this study. With JWZJG to treating for this disease, JWZJG can not onlyameliorate clinical symptom, but also reverse pathologic stationeffectively. No found noxious and side effect. The mechanism might berelated to eradicating HP, promoting gastric dynamics, improving themicro-circulation of gastric mucosa and fortifying immunity of economy.Clinical research showed that JWZJG was utility prescription for treatedto precancers lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis, and deservedinvestigation and generalization.
