| Objective: To bring forward the stomach-collateral doctrine ,to study the significance of collaterals theory on treating precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis and the curative effects of Anluo-Fuwei Decoction in treating the disease.Method: Theoretical study: based on the researches of past dynasties and the present researches on collaterals theory , to bring forward stomach-collateral doctrine ,to illustrate the TCM pathogenesis of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis on the base of concept and connotation of stomach-collateral, stomach-qi-collateral and stomach-blood-collateral .Clinical study:79 cases with precancerosis of chronic atrophic gastritis were divided into two groups randomly,55 cases in the treatment group of Anluo-Fuwei Decoction and 24 cases in the control group of Weifuchun Troche.In the trial ,the clinical symptoms,pathological morphologies and gastroscope images,H.pylori infection rate were observed.Result: Liver-Kidney deficiency is the cause of precancerosis of chronic atrophic gastritis, deficiency and stagnancy of stomach-collateral-qi is the outset of CAG and PLGC, the stage of phlegm,blood,toxin in stomach-collaterals is the pathological essence of precancerosis of chronic atrophic gastritis. The clinical effective rate of treatment groups was 89.09% ,and the pathological effective rate of CAG,IM,ATP were 81.82%,78.95% and 64.71%,H.pylori eradication was 67.57%.Compared with those of control group,clinical symptom integrals,gastroscope images,pathological integral and H.pylori eradication of the treatment group were significantly improved(P<0.01 or P<0.05).No severe side effect was discovered.There was a significant difference between Anluo-Fuwei group and Weifuchun group(P<0.05 or P<0.01)Conclusion: Collaterals theory and stomach-collateral doctrine are of great availability in treating precancerosis of chronic atrophic gastritis. Anluo-Fuwei Decoction has reliable curative effects and safety in anti-PLGC. |
