The Curative Effect Observation Of Jianpi Yangwei Treatment For Atrophic Gastritis And Precancerous Lesions

【Objective】To investigate the clinical effect and mechanism of Jianpi Yangwei Treatment on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions.【Methods】In this study,54 patients with diagnosed as deficiency in spleen and stomach of chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions were divided into cure group and contrast group randomly for systematic observation.27 patients were in cure group,who took Jianpi Yangwei treatment.Each agent traditional Chinese medicine was decocted in water for oral dose two times every day with 200ml eachtime.Three months were taken as a period of treatment.The observation continued 2 courses of treatment.During taking medicine,cold and stimulating food were forbidden.27 patients were in contrast group,who took Wei fu chun pills three times every day with 4 pills each time.The pills were taken half an hour before meals.Three months were taken as a period of treatment.The observation continued 2 courses of treatment.All patients could not use other pills.Two groups needed clinica,endoscopy and pathology comparison.【Result】The main and secondary symptoms were improved significantly after treatment for both groups.The total effective rate was 88.9%in the cure group,while 81.5%in the contrast group,with statistical significance(p＜0.05);For the gastroscopy atrophy and intestinal metaplasia improvement,the effective rates were 77.8%,85.2%, 81.4%in the cure group,while 44.4%,59.3%,63.0%in the contrast group,with statistics significance(p＜0.05);The effective rate of dysplasia was 60.0%in the cure group,57.2% in the contrast group,without statistical significance(p＞0.05).【Discussion】Through correlation analysis,the clinical effect in the cure group is superior to Wei fu chun for the main and secondary symptoms,and Jianpi Yangwei Treatment can significantly reverse atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions.The results also show that Jianpi Yangwei treatment has some advantags than Wei fu chun for the chronic atrophic gastritist.According to Jianpi Yangwei and Differential Treatment as the guiding ideology and characteristic,the chinese herbal compound plays an integral regulation role.And the effect is significant.These results show that the traditional chinese medicine has some characteristics and advantages.The chinese herbal compound is an effective prescription for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions.
