The Observation Of Effect And Influence On Life Quality Of Professor Xu JingFan Treating Precancerous Lesions Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based On Three Type

Objective:Professor Xu Jingfan career in medicine for nearly 70 set, diagnosis and treatment of precancerous lesions of the CAG has a unique experience. We collected three types according to Professor Xu Jingfan CAG on the Treatment of precancerous lesions of the case for the study, clinical efficacy, endoscopic and pathological conditions and to improve the quality of life for patients, of Professor Xu Jingfan III on the Treatment of precancerous CAG The treatment of disease.Methord:Differentiation according to Professor Xu Jingfan III standards, CAG collected 186 cases of precancerous lesions, in which the virtual Qi stagnation,86 cases of disharmony of liver and card in 70 cases,30 cases of stomach yin deficiency card. To the spleen qi, respectively, liver and stomach, stomach qi and traditional Chinese medicine treatment for 6 months. Observed three kinds syndrome patients before treatment for 12 weeks and 24 weeks TCM syndrome score, endoscopy, pathology and PRO scale score changes, the information collated will be used by Excel to establish a database and analyzed statistically.Results:(1) virtual Qi stagnation, disharmony of liver and Syndrome for 12 weeks,24 weeks after the symptoms before treatment were significantly different (P<0.05), treatment of 24 weeks compared with 12 weeks of treatment also significantly differences (P<0.05). Stomach yin deficiency syndrome for 12 weeks in terms of improved appetite compared with before treatment there was significant difference (P<0.05),24 weeks of treatment in improving the epigastric burning, loss of appetite, dry stool before treatment areas were significantly differences (P<0.05). Three clinical syndromes of total effective rate was 89.5%,92.9%,70.0%, a significant difference (P<0.05). (2) virtual Qi stagnation, disharmony of liver and gastroscopy syndrome, atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia points before and after treatment were significantly different (P<0.05). Stomach yin deficiency syndrome atrophy, intestinal metaplasia points before and after treatment were significantly different (P<0.05). Three syndromes endoscopy, atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia efficacy compared to no significant difference (P> 0.05). (3) Three syndromes in patients with physical, psychological, independence and social environment scores and total score than the PRO before treatment were significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusions:Professor Xu Jingfan III on the Treatment of precancerous lesions of CAG can improve clinical symptoms, PRO points, endoscopy and pathological scores, improve patient quality of life.
