| Objectives:This study through looking into the curative effect of needling Si-guan point on hyperlipidemia patients, is to show the good function of Si-guan point in alleviating phlegm.Methods: 54 hyperlipidemia patients are divided into 3 groups randomly and take different treatment to each group. Therapy group needling Si-guan and Feng-long point, one control group needling Zu-san-li,San-yin-jiao and Feng-long point, the other control group taking statins lipidemic-modulating drugs. Through contrast the three groups at alleviating symptoms and lipidemia, to observe the curative effect of Si-guan point on phlegm.Results: The phlegm symptoms are all improved in therapy group control group and drug control group and the gross effective rates are 83.3%, 61.1% and 27.8% respectively, and there is a statistical difference among them. There is no statistical difference between therapy group and drug control group at descending TC, TG and LDL.Conclusions: needling Si-guan point can get the similar curative result in treating hyperlipidemia as statins drugs, further more acupuncture has no the side effect, and this treatment is worth practising widely. |
