Objective: To observe PCOS patients systematic observation with a view to exploring the incidence of this disease, provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method: Gathering 188 PCOS patient's clinical material: The ordinary circumstances (age, BMI, WRI, acne, pilosity, suggestion and aggravation factor), the menstruation situation, the pregnancy situation, the heredity factor, the symptom and the tongue coating ,pulse condition. Examination serum testosterone (T), progesterone (P), the estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormore (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), prolactin (PRL) and LH/FSH ratio. Conducts the research by using the statistical method on this topic goal.Result: Study found that amenorrhea is most popular, accounts for 84.57%; The acne, the pilosity and high testosterone level is not always remarkable relevance (P>0.05); The PCOS patient pregnancy loses rate reaches 48% approximately; The family factor research prompts the mother menstruation not rule, the father early bare, father hypertension and the daughter is taken bad has certain relevance, with other people findings match case; Through to induces and the aggravation factor research, has prompted many kinds of possible suggestions and the aggravation factor, like mental strain anxious, tired, different lives, the cold stimulation, some medicine influence and so on; Through to the TCM Syndromes research, prompted the Chinese medicine morbidity factor which this got sick by the kidney Yin deficient, liver dispression.
