Objective:Through the analysis of clinical indicators,TCM syndrome distribution,and TCM constitution distribution of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in different ages,to find out the clinical differences of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in different ages,and to prevent and Treatment provides new ideas.Method:1164 PCOS patients who were treated in the gynecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the observation objects in this study.The age span was 15 to 39 years.According to different age groups,they were divided into 15 to 19 years old group;20 to 24 years old group;25 to 29 years old group;30 to 34 years old group;35 to 39 years old group.SPSS 21.0 software was used to statistically analyze the clinical indicators of different groups and the differences in the distribution of TCM syndromes and TCM constitutions.Results:1.1164 PCOS patients were mainly distributed between 25-29 years(34.97%)and 20-24 years(27.84%),with the lowest proportion among 35-39 years.2.Age and systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,WHR,black thorn skin,fasting blood glucose,30 min blood glucose,60 min blood glucose,120 min blood glucose,IR,TG,TC,LDL,APOA,APOB There was a positive correlation between B and B.Among them,the difference between age and 120 min blood glucose was statistically significant(P <0.05),and other differences were statistically significant(P <0.01).Age was negatively correlated with hairy,acne,LH,LH/ FSH,DHEAS,AND,FT3,and FT4.Among them,age was significantly different from LH,LH / FSH,and DHEAS(P <0.05),AND,FT3,FT4 were significantly different(P <0.01).Conclusion:1.The age of 1.1164 PCOS patients was mainly between 20 and 29 years old,and the proportion of PCOS patients between 35 and 39 years old was the lowest.2.PCOS patients with adolescence 15-19 years old had more hairiness and acne than the age group of childbearing age.Compared with other groups,blood pressure,obesity,acanthosis nigricans and insulin resistance of PCOS patients aged 35-39 years in all age groups of childbearing age.3.The age of PCOS patients is related to general clinical indicators,sex hormone levels,glucose and lipid metabolism and thyroid hormone levels.With the increase of age,the incidence of abnormal glucose metabolism in PCOS patients increases,and the proportion of dyslipidemia increases.4.PCOS TCM syndromes are mainly spleen deficiency phlegm and dampness syndrome,kidney deficiency liver stagnation syndrome.With the increase of age,the proportion of kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome decreases,and the proportion of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome increases.5.1164 cases of PCOS are mainly composed of Chinese medicine,and the main constitutions of Chinese medicine are qi deficiency,damp heat and phlegm and dampness.
