| Objective Observe the clinical efficacy changes of the polycystic ovary syndrome of the menstrual disorder,LHã€FSH〠LH/FSH,the ovarian volume, cured by Medicine-separated moxibustion as main therapy. To explore the mechanism of action of Medicine-separated moxibustion as main therapy methods differentiation treatment way of thinking. For the polycystic ovary syndrome of the Menstrual disorder in clinical pathway and the implementation of the diagnosis and treatment plan provides the clinical basis. Methods Collected 60 with polycystic ovary syndrome to conform the standard, and divided randomly and equally into two groups, including 30 cases as the medicine-separated moxibustion group (treatment group),30 cases as the acupuncture group (control group). The treatment group acupuncture point are RN4ã€RN8ã€EX-CA1 (double)〠SP6 (double), while the control group acupuncture point are RN4ã€EX-CA1 (double)ã€SP6 (double). Each group of indexes of observation before and after each course. All data analysis by using statistical software SPSS18.0 for Windows. Results Research shows:1.The efficacy of the menstrual scoreã€LHã€FSã€LH/FSH as follows:(1) Comparison among group:After every courses of treatment, the efficacy of the menstrual scoreã€LHã€FSH〠LH/FSH of the two groups had statistically improvement (P<0.05); (2) Intra-group comparison:â‘ Comparison among each treatment and before the treatment:The comparison among the first treatment and before the treatment of the treatment group, the efficacy of the menstrual score had statistically improvement (P<0.05), while the efficacy of the menstrual score had no statistically improvement (P>0.05);Comparison among the second treatment and before the treatment of the two groups group, the efficacy of the menstrual score had statistically improvement (P<0.05);Comparison among the third treatment and before the treatment of the two groups group, the efficacy of the menstrual score had statistically improvement (P<0.05);â‘¡Comparison among each course of the two groups, the efficacy of the menstrual score had statistically improvement (P<0.05); Comparison among the second or third treatment and before the treatment of the two groups, the efficacy of the menstrual score had statistically improvement (P<0.05), Comparison among the second or third treatment and before the treatment of the two groups, the efficacy of the menstrual score had no statistically improvement (P>0.05)2.The efficacy of ovarian volume as follows:(1) Comparison among group:After first course of treatment, the efficacy of ovarian volume of the two groups had no statistically improvement (P>0.05),while it had statistically improvement (P<0.05),after the second or third treatment; (2) Intra-group comparison:â‘ Comparison among each treatment and before the treatment: The comparison among the first treatment and before the treatment of the treatment group, the efficacy of ovarian volume had no statistically improvement (P> 0.05), while the efficacy of ovarian volume had statistically improvement (P< 0.05),after the comparison among the second or third treatment and before the treatment of the treatment group; Comparison among the first treatment or second and before treatment of the control group, the efficacy of ovarian volume had no statistically improvement (P>0.05), while it had statistically improvement (P<0.05),between the third treatment and before treatment. â‘¡Comparison among each course of the two groups, the efficacy of the menstrual score had statistically improvement (P<0.05); Comparison among the first and second treatment of the control group, the efficacy of the menstrual score had no statistically improvement (P> 0.05),it had statistically improvement (P<0.05),between the first or second treatment and third treatment.3.The clinical efficacy as follows: After three courses, the efficacy of Menstruation and the total assessment of the two groups had statistically improvement (P<0.05)Conclusion Medicine-separated moxibustion and acupuncture groups on menstruation in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of LH FSHã€LH/FSH, and ovarian volume improved treatment, especially medicine-separated moxibustion group significant, rapid onset.Through this study confirmed that the Medicine-separated moxibustion therapy is an effective method for treatment of the polycystic ovary syndrome of the Menstrual disorder. This kind of thought and method is worth popularizing in the future clinical application. |
