Overview Of The Dysmenorrhea And Menstrual Pain The Shu Treatment Alpine Stagnate Dysmenorrhea Clinical Studies

The primary dysmenorrhoea .is a common clinical disease of gynaecology. In western medicine, we generally use oral pain killers, or hormone supplement. However, the disease repeats itself and sometimes, we have to increase the dosage of pain killers to alleviate the pain. Traditional Chinese medicine has being effective without side effects.Content and objective : The content of the study included two parts: theory research and clinical research. In theory research, we discussed the ancient doctors' recognition to the disease ,development of the modern Chinese and western medicine in this research .from the cause, pathogenesis and regulation of syndrome and treatment, which can instruct our clinical diagnoses, treatment and scientific research .In clinical part, this study is aimed at tentatively proving the function of the mechanism of "Jingtongshu" with effect of warming meridians to disperse cold , draining dampness., regulating vital energy and resolving stasis to stop pain, in primary dysmenorrhoea.Study and Methods: In theory research ,we summarized the general situation of the regulation, method ,prescription ,medicine, diagnosis and treatment after learning the original work of Chinese traditional Four Classics and the comments on dysmenorrhoea .in Chinese gynaecological books , also consulting a large number of documents of modern national and international doctors. In clinical research, 34 patients of primary coagulation of cold dampness dysmenorrhoea were treated and we compared the pain level of before and after treating and judged curative effect after 3 courses of treatment to observe its clinical effect.Results and Conclusions: Through theory research, we know that he cause and pathogenesis of the primary coagulation of cold dampness dysmenorrhoea is...
