The Clinical Trials On Threatened Primary Dysmenorrheal (Cold Stagnating And Blood Stasis) By Acupuncture Combined With Fuzi Nuangongtang

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with FuZiNuanGongTang in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis,and to explore its mechanism,and to provide evidence for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:Ninety patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected from the endocrine department of geriatric diseases and gynecological outpatient department of the second affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine.1.They were randomly divided into acupuncture group,acupuncture group and western medicine group with 30 cases in each group.2.Acupuncture and medicine group were treated with Acupuncture combined with Fuzinuangongtang decoction.Acupuncture group used acupuncture Guanyuan,Qihai,blood sea,uterus,return,Sanyinjiao,machine,Hegu,Taochong.The western medicine group was treated with oral indomethacin enteric-coated tablets.After 3.treatment of 3 menstrual cycles,the clinical efficacy of the patients before and after treatment,the VAS pain score,the score of dysmenorrhea symptoms and the content of serum prostaglandin F2 a(PGF2 alpha)were observed and analyzed statistically.Results:In terms of clinical efficacy,8 of the 30 patients in the acupuncture group were cured,14 had obvious effects,4 were effective,4 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 86.67%.Of the 30 patients in the acupuncture group,5 were cured,5 were effective,11 were effective,9 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 76.67%.Of the 29 patients in the western medicine group(1 patient fell off due to personal reasons after 1 menstrual cycle),3 were cured,5 had obvious effects,10 were effective,9 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 70.00%.The total effective rate of the acupuncture group was significantly better than that of the acupuncture group and the western medicine group(P<0.05).In terms of VAS score,there was no significant difference between the groups after 1 menstrual cycle(P>0.05).After two menstrual cycles of treatment,the acupuncture group significantly decreased compared with the acupuncture group and the western medicine group(P<0.01).After the treatment of 3 menstrual cycles,the acupuncture group significantly decreased compared with the acupuncture group and the western medicine group(P<0.01).Three groups before treatment and after treatment of three menstrual cycles,were significantly lower,with significant difference(P<0.01),the three kinds of treatment methods to improve visual pain scores for all efficacy and needle medicine group is better than acupuncture group and western medicine group.In terms of the score of dysmenorrhea symptoms,there was a significant difference between the acupuncture group and the acupuncture group and the western medicine group in the treatment of 1 menstrual cycle(P<0.05).In the treatment of 2 menstrual cycles,there was a significant difference between the acupuncture group and the acupuncture group compared with the acupuncture group and the western medicine group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the acupuncture group and the acupuncture group and the western medicine group in the treatment of 3 menstrual cycles.Three groups of three menstrual cycles before and after treatment symptoms integral comparison were statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting three therapy can improve the clinical symptoms in patients with primary dysmenorrhea and needle medicine group is better than acupuncture group and western medicine group.In terms of PGF2α in patients,serum prostaglandin F2a post-treatment was significantly different from pretreatment in the three groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the acupuncture group was significantly lower than the acupuncture group and the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with Fuzinu an gong tang decoction is effective in treating primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis.2.Acupuncture combined with Fuzinu angongtang decoction could obviously improve the clinical manifestation of patients with primary dysmenorrhea,reduce VAS score,reduce dysmenorrhea symptom score and decrease the content of serum PGF2α.The curative effect of acupuncture group was better than that of acupuncture group and western medicine group.
