Dysmenorrheal is the most common gynecological diseases.About 50%women have dysmenorrheal,which accounted for more than half of primary dysmenorrheal(PD).Modern epidemiology survey found the incidence of primary dysmenorrheal in the 20%to 90%,10%dysmenorrheal is serious.It majority affected seriously the normal life of work of women.Current the treatment of dysmenorrheal Western medicine is symptomatic painkillers and drugs species receptor studies.But medication has its own side effects.Acupuncture treatment of dysmenorrhea has certain advantages and its clinical cure rate is relatively high.50 cases of PD patient s were treated with acupuncture as experimental group and 28 cases with oral drug as the control group.The results showed that acupuncture group and the total effective drug group were 90%and 78%. The two groups before and after treatment symptom score difference was significant(P<0.05),acupuncture group(P<0.05) is better for the' improvement of prostaglandin.Acupuncture was significantly better than drugs group for treat PD.In this study we used some objective evaluation of clinical observation indicators,at the same time,the study explore the mechanism of treatment of acupuncture.The study also provides a theoretical the basis of the TCM treatment to dysmenorrheal.
