Purpose:Evaluate the clinical efficacy and superiority of moxibustion combined with“ziwuliuzhu najia method”in treating primary dysmenorrheal of congealing cold and dampness,to provide a more optimized approach for the clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrheal.Method:The patients of primary dysmenorrheal of congealing cold and dampness were divided into treatment group and control group according to the method of simple random, each had 30 patients. The treatment group were treated by moxibustion combined with“ziwuliuzhu najia method”,the control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment of lbuprofen sustained release tablets, there are totally 3 menstrual cycles. The Cox Menstrual Symptom Scale(CMSS)? The Visual analogue Scale(VAS)and the TCM syndrome score were used to evaluate the efficacy in treatment period and follow up at the end..Result:1.The VAS score? CMSS score?TCM syndrome score of two groups have no significant difference before the treatment(P> 0.05),the baseline of the two groups are comparable.2.Within group analysis shows that, compared with baseline, both treatment group and control group shows significant changes in VAS score(P<0.05);after treatment,VAS score of two groups have no significant difference(P>0.05).two methods for the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal of congealing cold and dampness are effective.3.Within group analysis shows that, compared with baseline, both treatment group and control group shows significant changes in CMSS score(P<0.05);between group analysis shows that, compared with control group, the treatment group show significant changes in the CMSS score after the treatment(P<0.05).the treatmentgroup is better than the control group.4.Compared with baseline, both treatment group and control group shows significant changes in TCM syndrome score(P<0.05);between group analysis shows that, compared with control group, the treatment group shows significant changes in the TCM syndrome score(P<0.05).the treatment group is better than the control group.5.The recurrence rate of treatment group was 77.8%,the control group was83.3%.there were significant changes in VAS score between the two groups of relapsing patients, the long-term efficacy of treatment group is better than that of control group.6.Treatment group total effectiveness 88.9%,control group total effectiveness83.3%,compared two groups have no significant difference(P>0.05),two methods for the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal of congealing cold and dampness are effective. The efficacy for improving the TCM syndrome of treatment group is better than that of control group.Conclusion:1.Both two groups had significant effects for treating the primary dysmenorrheal of congealing cold and dampness.2.The effect of the two groups in relieving the pain was similar, but the treatment group was superior to control group in shortening the time of the associated symptoms, reducing the severity of accompanied symptoms, decreasing the TCM syndrome score.3.The sustaining curative effect of treatment group was superior to control group.
