Purpose : Take TCM meridians and acupoint Theory as the guide, using the introduction of modern methods of neurobiology, study analgesic effect of the point of zusanli injection for the experimental stomach disorders and the impact of coexistence, exploring analgesic mechanisms of zusanli acupuncture point injection for stomach complaints.Methods : Divide randomly the health SD rats into normal comparison group (the normal group), model comparison group (the model group), zusanli acupuncture point injection with acid-Luotongding group (short for point medicine group), musle injection with Luo group (short for mulse injection Group), zusanli acupuncture point injection with water group (the water group). In addition to the normal group, the remaining group are maded by glacial acetic acid to animal models having stomach pain. Respectively groups will be injected zusanli with the medecine of luotongding, injected mulse with water and injected zusanli with water, then observe twisting body response and coexistence GABA 5-HT and SPs expression.Results : (1) the pre-treatment baseline comparison results : the group of weight and pain threshold dependence are compared with no statistical significance of differences (P>0.05)and are comparabilitable. (2) twisting body response observations : â‘ Incubation period : after treatment 15min ,the normal group did not appear twisting . The incubation period should be unlimited long,15min. Compared with the remaining group , the normal group is very significant (P<0.01). Ponit medicine group's twisting body reaction incubation period is extended, and compared with model group, Jizhu Group, point injection Group, have very significant significance (P<0.01) Models Group's incubation period is shortened, with the remaining group of comparison, there are very significant significance (P<0.01). Jizhu group compared with the water group, have no significant significance (P>0.05). â‘¡twisting body number: after treatment 15min , the normal group's twisting body for the number is zero, with the remaining group of comparison, there are very significant significance (P<0.01). Point medicine group's twisting body significantly reduce the number andcompared with model group, Jizhu Group,Point Group, have very significant significance (P<0.01). Model Group's twisting body marked increase in comparison with the remaining group, a very significant significance (P<0.01). Jizhu group compared with the water group, have no significant significance (P>0.05); Treatment 30-45min normal group twisting body for the number 0, with the remaining group of comparison, there are very significant significance (P<0.01). Point medicine group's twisting body reaction significantly reduce the number, and compared with the remaining three groups , have very significant significance (P<0.01), model number Group twisting body marked increase in comparison with the remaining groups, there are very significant differences (P<0.01).
