| Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture(EA)to microcirculatory blood perfusion units in stomach meridian and electrogastroenterogram when under a state of gastrointestinal function deviate from normal(which cause by injecting neostigmine methylsulfate injection or raceanisodamine hydrochloride injection(654-2)at Fenglong(ST 40)acupoint),to explore the possible mechanism of EA adjusting gastrointestinal function.To provide the experimental basis for the meridian regulation action and the Correlation between Meridians and Zangfu Organs theory.Methods:A total of 25 healthy volunteers were recruited in the present study.Electrogastroenterogram at stomach area(contained corpora ventriculi,sinuses ventriculi,lesser curvature,greater curvature)and bowels region(contained ascending colon,transverse colon,descending colon,rectum),in total of 8 points,were measured by using 8D electrogastroenterogram instrument in physiological condition,a state of man-made inhibition of gastrointestinal function which cause by injecting neostigmine methylsulfate injection or raceanisodamine hydrochloride injection(654-2)and EA for 20 minutes.To calculate the average amount of gastrointestinal motility under physiological state,after point injection and EA,According to the result of normality test,paired T-test and Wilcoxon rank were used to calculate the difference of gastrointestinal function between physiological state,gastrointestinal function deviate from normal state and electroacupuncturing,so as to the changing-amplitude of microcirculatory blood perfusion in Shangjuxu,Liangqiu and Futu of the stomach meridian by using Laser Doppler Flowmetry monitor synchronously.Results:1.The comparison of skin MBPU along the stomach meridian between physiological condition and after-acupoint injection(1)Compared with the superficial microcirculatory blood perfusion in units of Shangjuxu,Liangqiu and Futu of the stomach meridian under physiological condition,Injecting neostigmine methylsulfate injection at Fenglong(ST 40)acupoint can obviously increases local MBPU at Shangjuxu,Liangqiu and Futu(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the superficial microcirculatory blood perfusion in units of Shangjuxu,Liangqiu and Futu of the stomach meridian under physiological condition,Injecting raceanisodamine hydrochloride injection at Fenglong(ST 40)acupoint can obviously increases local MBPU at Shangjuxu,Liangqiu and Futu(P<0.05).(3)The rising-amplitude of MBPU level in Shangjuxu,Liangqiu and Futu of the stomach meridian of injecting neostigmine methylsulfate injection was higher than that of injecting raceanisodamine hydrochloride injection without stastistical significance(P>0.05).2.The comparison of gastrointestinal function between physiological condition and after-acupoint injection(1)The main reference indexs reflected gastrointestinal function are the average amplitude which indirectly reflect the power of Gastric electrical in some sense,and reaction area which reflect gastrointestinal diastolic movement index in a way.After injecting neostigmine methylsulfate injection at Fenglong(ST 40)acupoint,the gastrointestinal function of corpora ventriculi,sinuses ventriculi,lesser curvature,greater curvature,ascending colon,transverse colon,descending colon and rectum have accelerated,performancing as the average amplitude and reaction area are clearly higher than those under physiological condition(P<0.05).Especially the stomach lead(corpora ventriculi,sinuses ventriculi,lesser curvature,greater curvature)increased more significantly(P<0.01).(2)After injecting raceanisodamine hydrochloride injection at Fenglong(ST 40)acupoint,the gastrointestinal function of corpora ventriculi,sinuses ventriculi,lesser curvature,greater curvature,ascending colon,transverse colon,descending colon and rectum have slowed down,performance as the average amplitude,which indirectly reflect the power of Gastric electrical in some sense,and reaction area,which reflect gastrointestinal diastolic movement index in a way,are clearly lower than those under physiological condition(P<0.01).Especially the stomach lead(corpora ventriculi,sinuses ventriculi,lesser curvature,greater curvature)reduced more significantly(P<0.01).3.The effects of electroacupuncture on skin MBPU along the stomach meridian and electro-gastroenterogram when gastrointestinal function deviate from normal state(1)The rising-changes MBPU after injecting neostigmine methylsulfate injection was significantly reduced by EA stimulation at Zusanli(ST 36)(P<0.05);The rising-changes MBPU after injecting raceanisodamine hydrochloride injection was also significantly reduced by EA stimulation at Zusanli(ST 36)(P<0.05).(2)The Gastrointestinal hyperfunction after injecting neostigmine methylsulfate injection was obviously slowed down by EA stimulation at Zusanli(ST 36)(P<0.05);The inhibition of gastrointestinal function after injecting raceanisodamine hydrochloride injection was obviously increased by EA stimulation at Zusanli(ST 36)(P<0.01).Conxlusion:(1)After injecting at Fenglong(ST 40)acupoint,all the changes of the two groups about average amplitude and waveform reaction area in all electrogastroenterogram lead,the stomach areas lead contained corpora ventriculi,sinuses ventriculi,lesser curvature and greater curvature change more obviously,but smaller changes in intestinal lead.These phenomena reveal that the effect of acupoint injection may base on the local stimulation and developing meridian conduction effect,then proceed a sort of special integration between acupoint action with biochemical action of drugs to realize Coordination effect of ZangFu function.This effect way illustrate the close correlation between acupoints,meridian and ZangFu to some extent.(2)The gastrointestinal function can be increased by injecting neostigmine methylsulfate injection,EA can slow down the upward trend and make it transform to the leval that closer to the physiological state;The gastrointestinal function can be restrained by injecting raceanisodamine hydrochloride injection,EA can improve the inhibitory state and make it recovery to the leval that closer to the physiological state.it shows that acupuncture can regulate the Zangfu function bidirectionally to a certain extent,which is related to the state of the human body itself.(3)Accompanied by a gradual recovery of gastrointestinal function after EA at Zusanli(ST 36)and a change of gastrointestinal function after injection,the superficial MBPU tested synchronously also appeared obvious changes.It shows that the information,such as Zangfu function activities of human body,can be reflected in the meridian;The efficacy of acupoint injection to adjust the Zangfu and the process during the effect of acupuncture on Zangfu,may also be involved in the coordination of the meridian system,following the principle of the close correlation between acupoints,meridian and ZangFu,which also called relevance theory between meridians and Zangfu. |
