Objective: To investigate acusing zu san li's influence on the content of hydroxyproline(HYP) and Malondialdehyde(MDA) in the skin of hireless photoageing mice as well as the activity of Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) in their skin, and to investigate milkvetch's effect on the structure of the hireless photoageing mice. Methods: Healthy KM hireless mice were divided into five groups randomly and gavaged respectively, that is negative Control Group (A).Model Group (B),needling group(C), The mice in B, C group were irradiated to simulate skin photoageing by long-term ultraviolet irradiation, at the same time , the C group were acupunctured in zu san li.Staining skin with HE, Under 40 times light microscope, the structure of dermal were observed. While the changes of the contents of dermal hydroxyproline and Malondialdehyde, as well as the activity of Superoxide Dismutase were measured by biochemical test method in each group of the experiment. Results: In model group , the activity of SOD and the content of HYP of dermal was decreased , while the content of the MDA was increased seriously (P<0.05) . The skin biopsies appears photoageing look. Compared with the group B The contents of HYP and MDA in dermal in group C had difference with that in group B. , the activity of SOD in dermal in group C was increased (P<0.01), the content of HYP was...
