Yan Qing Shu Lotion Treatment Of Non-specific Vulvitis And Clinical Studies Of Fungal Vaginitis

Objective:Non-specific vulvitis and Candidal vagnitis are common diseases of women. They seriously cause women' s health to get worse and worse. They need long time to be cured and maybe come on again. They belong to Pruritus vulvae or Leukorrheal disease in traditional Chinese medical science and are classfied syndrome of Dampness-heat diffusing downward. The study is to observe the clinical effect and the safety on Yan Qing Shu Lotion (YQSL) treating Non-specific vulvitis and Candidal vagnitis disease and to provide scientific basis for YQSL s application in clinicMethods:96 patients of Non-specific vulvitis and Candidal vagnitis were from Hubei Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital during the last six months. They were divided into four groups randomly according to diagnose; Non-specific vulvitis contains YQSL treatment group and Jie Er Ying Lotion (JEYL) control group, Candidal vagnitis contains YQSL treatment group and JEYLcontrol group, each of which contained 24 cases. YQSL group and JEYL group were treated with YQSL and JEYL respectively. The patients of Non-specific vulvitis were told to soak and wash their pudenda with 10% lotion one time every night. The patients of Candidal vagnitis were told to scour their vaginas with 10% lotion one time every night. Treatment period is one week. Three days later, all patients must check after they finished the treatment. Before and after the treatment, clinic symptoms and local physical and safety index of patients were observed.Result:1.On curative effect of Non-specific vulvitis, the rate of recovery of YQSL is 20. 83%, the rate of the marked effect is 45.83% ,the total effective rate is 95.83%. On curative effect of Non-specific vulvitis, the rate of recovery of JEYL is 20.84%, the rate of the marked effect is 50. 0% , the total effective rate is 91. 67%. On curative effect of Candidal vagnitis, the rate of recovery of YQSL is 8. 33%, the rate of the marked effect is 25.0% , the total effective rate is 70.83%. On curative effect of Candidal vagnitis, the rate of recovery of JEYL is 12. 5%, the rate of the marked effect is 33. 33% , the total effective rate is 62. 85%. By means of statistics analysis, there is no statistical difference between two medicines. (P>0.05)2.
