Sanfu Acupoint Application Experimental Study Of Eosinophil Apoptosis In Asthmatic Rats

ObjectiveThrough founded the asthma model of big rats ,we investigate Dog Day Moxibustion treat the asthma big rats and observe the influence of Fas and Bcl-2 expression in the surface of the BALF eosinophils .From the way of cell apoptotic we discuss the using mechanism of the treatment of asthma by Dog Day Moxibustion,and offer experiment gist of clinic applications and advanced research. Methods50 SD male big rats were divided into five group randomly, the normal group , model group, tianjiu-treated group , the needle-treated group and west medicine group .The asthma model of big rats were injected in the abdomen by the mixture of ovalbumen and kinkcough bacterin ,after two weeks were sensitized by ovalbumen (OVA) and incited with inhaling fog . the Fas and Bcl-2 adopted the immunohistochemistry SABC method to examinate, and the BALF eosinophils adopted the TUNEL method to examinate. Results1.The way of big rats injected in the abdomen by the mixture of ovalbumen and kinkcough bacterin can increase broncho-hyperreactivity and allergic airway inflammation.After the success of asthma model Dog Day Moxibustion treatment can evidently improve broncho-hyperreactivity and allergic airway inflammation of the big rat.2.Asthma can reduce Fas expression and increase Bcl-2 expression in the surface of the BALF eosinophils,and reduce eosinophils' apoptotic(the model group than the normal group: P<0.01 ).3.Dog Day Moxibustion treatment can reduce allergic airway inflammation and increase Fas expression and reduce Bcl-2 expression in the surface of the BALF eosinophils,and accelerate eosinophils' apoptotic(the treanment group than the model group: P<0.01) Conclusion1. Dog Day Moxibustion treatment can alleviate paroxysm of the asthma rat.2. Dog Day Moxibustion treatment can speed eosinophils' apoptotic,and reduce allergic airway inflammation.
