A Retrospective Study On Skin Reactions During The Use Of San Fu Moxibustion And Its Effects On Children With Bronchial Asthma

Objective:The purpose of this study is analyze the correlation between San Fu moxibustion's skin reaction and its clinical effect on children with chronic bronchial asthma,and to provide a basis for optimizing the application of San Fu moxibustion in clinical practice.Methods:76 cases of asthmatic children who met the diagnostic criteria were selected.According to different skin responses,41 cases were collected,and 35 cases were not in the bubble group.There was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,weight and disease in the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).Two groups of all white mustard,asarum,yanhusuo and euphorbia kansui in ChuFu,ZhongFu,MoFu attach 1 time in the morning that day,a total of three times,and in the early,middle and MoFu before and volts,the 95th day after the treatment on the morning of TCM symptom scores,determination of pulmonary ventilation function and C-ACT to evaluate each one.At the same time,after 10 days after the end of the treatment and the end of the treatment,the reaction after the application was asked,observed and recorded.After the end of the treatment,the number of symptoms of the disease was recorded on the morning of the 95th working day after the end of the treatment.Results:a total of 76 cases were observed,including 41 in the treatment group and 35 in the control group.The results are as follows:1.In the aspect of TCM symptom scores:bubble group and bubble group after former fu,ZhongFu and MoFu three times after treatment,symptom scores significantly decreased,drops off more sharply after 95 days score(P<0.05),and the comparison between the group found that sparkling group and 95 days after the end of the MoFu TCM symptom scores decreased more significantly(P<0.05),the two groups have good clinical therapeutic effect,and bubbles applied effect is better than no bubble.2.In the aspect of lung function:the FEV1.0/FVC(%),FEV1.0,PEF and MMF(value,bubble group and bubble group after 95 days were better than before treatment(P<0.05),while in comparison between groups of each index,pulmonary function after treatment between the three times,and in 95 days after foaming group improved more significantly(P<0.05),and further illustrate bubbles were applied in the lung function improved better than no bubble group.3.In terms of C-ACT score test,and 95 days after the end of the MoFu score two group were increased(P<0.05),bubbles applied effect is better than no bubble(P<0.05),the two groups both can improve children's quality of life,and foaming were applied to the improvement of the quality of life is more apparent.4.In the case of bronchial asthma attack,the number of attacks in the blister group decreased significantly(P<0.05).5.The foaming group was significantly better than that in the free group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.San Fu moxibustion acupoint applied to treat children with asthma has good clinical curative effect.2.The foaming reaction of the San Fu moxibustion point can obviously reduce the symptoms of the children,reduce the number of asthma attacks,improve the pulmonary function of the children,and improve the satisfaction of the efficacy.
