Objective:Use the way of Moxibustion of acupoint heat-sensitive to improve the symptom of asthma, and compared whih using the drug to Seretide see weather there is superiority. So as to provide a new therapeutic.and provide a reference for further in-depth study asthma and moxibustion treatment. Methods:using the center random allocation systom to devide 42 people into treatment group and control group by network. the treatment group use acupoints thermal Moxibustion and the control group use the British company GlaxoSmithKline's Seretide.both groups were treated for 3 months, and followed up for 6 months.respectively, before treatment and at the end of 3 months,6 months after treatment using (Asthma Control Test, ACT) test in patients with symptomatic improvement. The ACT was made in2003 by asthma group of the Chinese Society of Respiratory Diseases Society.Results:1. Acupoints thermal treatment of moxibustion group at the end of 3 months, 6 months after treatment compared with before treatment, after both were significantly different, has statistically significant (P<0.05); 2. drug group at the end of treatment for 3 months,6 months after treatment compared with before treatment, after both were significantly different, has statistically significant(P<0.05); 3. moxibustion of acupoint heat-sensitive group and drug group at the end of treatment for 3 months,6 months after treatment were compared has significant difference which has statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The observation group and control group both can improve the symptoms of chronic bronchial asthma, but the observation group was more significant, lasting effect than the control group. Provide a reference to further study the treatment of asthma, has some theoretical and clinical value.
