Objective:This paper aims at studying the comprehensive scheme which uses the traditional Chinese medicine method of electronic acupuncture,massage,traction,TDPand daoyin to treat the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.and applies a safer and more effective method for the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy than before.Methods:We adopt the research method of random contrast single blind. There are 132 cases divided into the treatment group and contrast group randomly, each group is 66 cases. The treatment group was used the electronic acupuncture ,massage, traction, TDP and daoyin; whereas the contrast group was used the traction, physical therapy, TDP and exercise method. The treatment period is once every day at the first five days, later once every two days and it continued 9 times. the whole treatment periods are 14times. The two groups are same in the treatment periods. At the same time, the research chooses the scores of Huskisson "VAS" ."SF-MPQ" combined with the score of symptom , the sign of neck, psychology,the social adaptation and the life quality to evaluate the effectiveness. The patients ,manipulator, observer and the statistic person are separated with one another to get the aim of single blind.Results: Among 132 cases, 123 patients finished the study whereas 9 lost and eliminated. the compare about baseline analysis: the gender, age, disease course and the state of the disease of the two groups is not markedly different (P>0.05) ,which is comparable.
