Objective:The research took the patients with the syndrome of stagnated heat of liver channel herpes zoster as research subjects. The research was intervened by means of acupoint injection combined with red light therapy, verifying whether the combined use of these two therapies had a coordinating effect on this disease.Meanwhile, clearing the combined use of the these two therapies had good clinical efficacy on the types of stagnated heat of liver channel herpes zoster, and providing a kind of effective treatment in treating the disease, thus guiding clinical practice.Methods:120 cases of the syndrome of stagnated heat of liver channel herpes zoster patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, were randomly divided into contrast group, red light therapy group, acupoint injection group and acupuncture point injection combined with red light therapy group,30 patients for each group.Contrast group was given conventional therapy and nursing.Based on conventional therapy and nursing, red light therapy group was given red light therapy, acupoint injection group was given acupoint injection and acupuncture point injection combined with red light therapy group was given acupuncture point injection combined with red light therapy. After two courses, contrasting the patients of four groups before and after treatment, and comparing their quantized integrals of clinical symptoms, ache degree, visual analogy score(VAS),as well as observation index of clinical efficacy. Results:Analyzing the patients' data before the experiment, all observation index existed no significant statistical differences among the patients of the four groups in age, sex, and course of disease, which were comparable(P>0.05).(1)The patients of four groups in clinical symptom observation index scores showed: There were significant statistical differences among the patients' treatment before and after(P<0.05).After two courses, comparing acupoint injection combined red light therapy group, contrast group, red light therapy group and acupoint injection group, all integrals which were P=0.000 were small, there were highly statistically significant differences among the groups;comparing acupoint injection group and red light therapy group, contrast group, all integrals which were P=0.012 and P=0.000 were small, there were statistically significant differences among the groups;comparing red light therapy group with contrast group, both integrals which were P=0.004 were small, there were statistically significant differences among the groups. So the grading sequence of the four groups was acupuncture injection combined with red light therapy group < acupuncture injection group < red light therapy group < contrast group.(2)The ache degree of the patients of four groups in observation index score showed: There were significant statistical differences among the patients' treatment before and after(P<0.05).After two courses, comparing acupoint injection combined with red light therapy group, acupoint injection group, red light therapy group and contrast group, all integrals which were P=0.011,P=0.000 and P=0.000 were small, there were highly statistically significant differences among the groups;comparing acupoint injection group, red light therapy group and contrast group, all integrals which were P=0.000 were small, there were statistically significant differences among the groups;comparing red light therapy group with contrast group, both integrals which were P=0.000 were small, there were statistically significant differences among the groups. So the grading sequence of the four groups was acupuncture injection combined with red light therapy group < acupuncture injection group < red light therapy group < contrast group.(3)The patients of four groups in clinical efficacy observation index score showed: There were significant statistical differences among the patients of the four groups in clinical efficacy(P<0.05).The total effective rate of acupoint injection combined with red light therapy group, acupoint injection group, red light therapy group and contrast group were 86.67%?63.33%?46.67%?36.67% respectively. The sequence of the clinical efficacy observation index from high to low were acupuncture injection combined with red light therapy group < acupuncture injection group < red light therapy group < contrast group. Conclusion:In terms of treating the syndrome of stagnated heat of liver channel herpes zoster comparing acupoint injection combined with red light therapy group which, red light therapy group, acupoint injection group and contrast group, acupoint injection combined with red light therapy's safe and effective, having remarkable clinical effect.(1)In terms of the clinical symptoms, acupoint injection combined with red light therapy group in treating the disease was more effective in promoting the dissipation of inflammatory tissure, accelerating blisters to drop scabs, thus promoting skin lesions healing.(2)In terms of the ache degree, acupoint injection combined with red light therapy group in treating the disease was more effective in relieving pain, easing the suffering,as well as improving the quality of patient life than the other groups.(3)In terms of the clinical efficacy, acupoint injection combined with red light therapy group in treating the disease was higher in the clinical curing rate, having more obvious efficacy, thus deserving the clinical expansion than the other groups.
