Capsule To Treat Hyperactivity Hypertension Clinical Study

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect and safty of TianDan Capsule (TDC) in treating EH patients .Methods: 120 patients of hypertension with Yin Deficiency and Yang Excess Syndrome, aged 18. to 65, were enrolled from the clinic of ChengDu university of TCM. They were randomly divided into two groups , 60 in the treated group and 60 in the contrasted group , the treated group were treated with Tiandan Capsule and the control group with Yangyin Jiangya Capsule (YJC) . The measured parameters include blood pressure and clinical symptom before and after treating.Results: The treated group:prominent effective rate in blood pressure-reducing is 56. 7%. The total effective rate in blood pressure-reducing is 86. 7%. The effective rate of improving symptoms is 63.3%.The total effective rate is 90.0%.The control group: prominent efective rate in blood pressure-reducing is 31.0%. The total effective rate in blood pressure-reducing is 68. 9%. The effective rate of improving symptoms is 58.6% .The total effective rate is 75.8% .After statistics procession, the two groups have significance diference (P<0.05).In addition, we still observe the result that TDC affects the 24-hour dynamic blood pressure.The results showed:TCD can improve the averaged change of the 24-hour dynamic blood pressure of the patients. Furthermore, the systolic and diastolic pressure in daytime and night were both lowered. After the statistics procession, the difference between before and after the therapy is significant (P<0. 05).And TCD can lower the lipoprotein in the blood and improve hemorheology, TDC has no toxicity...
