Experimental Research In The Department Of Gout Of The Capsule On The Impact Of Acute Gouty Arthritis Of The Knee Synovial Tissue Of A Rabbit Model Of Interleukin 8 (il-8) And Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha (tnf-alpha)

Object: To determine whether zhonghuitongfengding leads to changes in IL-8 and TNF-alevels in synovium in an experimental rabbit models. Methods: create the model of monosodium urate crystal-induced rabbit arthritis according to Mc Carty D J.Total .IL-8 and TNF-αwas assessed through method of ELISA after synovium was isolated 2h later .Results: ①The levels of IL-8 and TNF-αin model group are significantly higher than that in normal group(p<0.01). ②The levels of IL-8 and TNF-αin zhonghuitongfengding group are significantly lower than that in model group(p<0.01) Conclusions: ①IL-8 and TNF-αhave most important function in synovium of induced rabbit actue arthritis . ②tongfengding could significantly reduce the level of IL-8 and TNF-ain synovium of induced rabbit actue arthritis and had better preventing and curing effect.
