Rabbit Acute Gouty Arthritis Volume CT Perfusion Imaging Of Preliminary Experiment Research

Objective: To analyze Volumetric CT Perfusion imaging techniques in acute gouty arthritis in application value.Materials and Methods: preparation of acute gout arthritis model.35 rabbit were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group(30 rabbit) and control group(5 rabbit).The experimental group(right knee) was injected with sodium uratet.The experimental group(left knee) was injected with normal saline.The control group(right knee) was without any treatment.The control group(left knee) was injected with sodium uratet;Experimental group was 4h, 16 h, 32 h, 48 h, 60 h, 72 h time period is divided into six groups of five.At the time of 4,16,32,48,60,72 hours after injection, the experimental group and the control group underwent CT perfusion scan,respectively.Time-density curves(T-DC) were depicted and the values of blood flow(BF),blood volime(BV),and the capillary permeability(PS),and the microvessel density(MVD).Rabbits were killed after perfusion and the knee-joint of them were taken for pathologic examination. Results: Experimental group(right knee) BF, BV, PS and MVD was significantly higher than the normal group(P<0.05).Experimental group(right knee)BF, BV, PS and MVD were different at different points in time(P<0.05.Experimental group(right knee) after administration 4h, 16 h, 32 h, BF, BV, MVD increased slowly,peaked at 32h;At 32 h ~ 48 h peak was relatively stable trend,48 h ~ 72 h decreased slowly;PS In 4h ~ 48 h showed a slow ascent,Peaked at 48 h,at 48 h ~ 60 h peak was relatively stable trend,60 ~ 72 h decreased slowly. The experimental group(left knee joints) of CT perfusion parameters value compared with the control group(left knee joints), there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05). Control group(double knee) there was no statistically significant difference CT perfusion parameters(p > 0.05).Conclusions:Volumetric CT can reflect the blood changes of acute in gouty arthritis.
