Objective:To observe the changes of interleukin-1 (IL-1) in knee joint of monosodium urate crystal-induced rabbit arthritis and the interrupting effects of promoting blood circulation to remove stasis and clearing away heat and toxic materials. Methods:We created the model of MSU crystal-induced rabbit acute arthritis according to Me Carty D. J. method and detected the level of IL-1 in supernatants of synovial membrane and synovial lavage fluids at 2h,6h,9h,12h by ELISA. Results:The levels of IL-10 in TCM groups are significantly higher than that in model groups (p<0. 05). Conclusion:The prescriptions of promoting blood circulation to remove stasis and clearing away heat and toxic materials could significantly reduced the level of IL-1 in supernatants of MSU crystal-induced rabbit acute arthritis and had better preventing and curing effects. |
