Wind stroke included west medical cerebral hemorrhage, thrombosis, embolism, subrachnoid hemorrhage, etc. and has become important research subject in the today world. As important component part of the C hinese medicine. Acupuncture and Moxibustion proceed to wide and deep researches for treating wind stroke. And exploit many kinds of treatment methods. In recent years, traditional Huatuojiaji(Ex-B2) points have begin to be rewarded on clinical observation and research for treating wind stroke. Its clinical effect and interior mechanism have not been unclosed and yet. So under the guidance of professor liuxianghua, used puncturing Huatuojiaji(Ex-B2) points such as etc. and proceeded to this clinical observational research. The research includes document review and clinical research.The review summarizes origin, development, location, number, selection and clinical use of Huatuojiaji(Ex-B2) point; in addition, sums up clinical reports and mechanism researches of acupuncture and moxibustion treating wind stroke. The last part of the review demonstrates clinical reports and mechanism studies of Huatuojiaji(Ex-B2) points.In the clinical research section, used the Huatuojiaji(Bx-B2) point such as etc. derived from Chinese Acupuature and Moxibustion by chengdanan, the famous acupuncturist and moxibustionist from china, and did puncturing. The objective of this research is to value the effect of Huatuojiaji (Ex-B2) point treating wind stroke hemiplegia with Limb and body functional obstacle of cerebral vascular disease. Taking random and control research method, 42 patients matching the research needs with wind stroke hemiplegia-cerebral vascular disease with limb and body functional obstacle was halved to two groups which were administrated with treating group and control group respectively. The limb and body functional sign before and after treatment were observed and valued according to the judgment standard for clinical effect. The result indicates that clinical effect of treating group was better than control group and has definite effect for recovery stage of hemiplegia. Therefore, it can be used for patients with recovery stage of hemiplegia.
