The food sanitation monitoring is very important to ensure nation's benefit and people's health, and hygiene service system can adjust the policy according to the information feedback from the evaluation of food sanitation monitoring. But there is a lack of an uniform evaluation criterion for this job now, and also much deficiency in actual assessment system. So it is in dire need of setting up a comprehensive, feasible and scientific evaluation system for the power, efficiency and effect of the job. In this paper, we attempt to upbuild a synthesis evaluation system with scientific, purposive, hiberarchy, analogous and practical principle. The selected variable in this system is from integrated legal report forms under quality control, and the composite report form items can make utmost use of main indexes with reason and include rich information to completely reflect the quality of food sanitation monitoring under limited conditions. We use synthetic index, TOPSIS method, rank sum ratio and combination evaluation method to give an assessment for the quality of food sanitation monitoring in taiyuan city, and get evaluations for that of different region in taiyuan city by combination evaluation method. All the evaluation results reflect consistency with reality. This research indicates that the evaluation system is applicable for the food sanitation monitoring work.
