Objective:To understand the hygienic status of the food in Suzhou Industrial Park City,the existing problems and influencing factors within the jurisdiction were understood,and the food safety management status of the food production and processing units were knowed,,to protect the consumer’s health,and provide scientific evidence for launching food hygiene risk assessment,formulating safety criterion and adopting direct interventions.Methods:Data collection:1.The government work data of food complaints and administrative punishment in various fields including food production and processing,circulation,catering services during the year from 2014 to 2015 were collected and analysed.2.The data of the food safety sampling of Industrial Park during the year from 2012 to 2014 were collected and analysed,and were comparated to that of other regions in the city of Suzhou.Detection method:According to the national standards method GB/T 4789-2003,2008,2010 and the national test method of food pathogenic bacterium from 2014-2015。the test results of Salmonella,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Listeria monocytogenes,Colon bacillus O157:H7,Staphylococcus aureus,Campylobacter jejuni and Shigella on the samples were reviewed retrospectively.Results:Sampling and monitoring of aquatic products,Complaints in all aspects of the food industry in Suzhou 2013-2015 Industrial Park report the total number or a lot,decrease in the total market circulation and production,production and processing sectors due to the total number of units is far lower than that of the other two sectors,so the total amount is far lower than that of the he two links,the total number of catering services link has steadily trend.A total of 94 pathogenic strains were isolated from 2807 samples,with total positives rate of 3.35%.Among the 94 isolated strains,24 strains of Staphylococcus aureus(0.86%),40 strain was Salmonella(1.43%),30 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus(1.07%),The strains of Colon bacillus 0157:H7,Shigella,Listeria monocytogenes and Campylobacter jejuniwere not detected.The unqualified rate of the hygiene index bacterium was 5.70%.According to the monitoring results,the Salmonella detection rate in dairy products was the most polluted;followed by Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Vibrio parahaemolyticus with high detection of Fisheries and aquatic products and frozen food,especially the people often eat fish and shellfish seafood.Conclusion:1、With the people’s cultural level and the growing material and cultural needs,the number of complaints is in rapid growth;The relevant supervision departments should strengthen supervision to ensure the safety of food.2、The overall level of food safety in Suzhou Industrial Park City remains steadily,It is necessary to strengthen hygienic security control on the market food,to identify the distribution and possible origins,and carry out early warning analysis,as well as sanitary quality of employees to guarantee the hygiene safety of the market food.3、Dairy products and dairy products should be increased,At the same time,2 years from the aquatic products and aquatic products in the detection of Vibrio Vibrio,it is proved that such a high rate of contamination of food,Attention should be paid to the relevant supervisory departments,to provide food and beverage units to take the feasibility of the food and beverage units to inspect the intensity,Strengthen health awareness of food and beverage employees health awareness training,to prevent cross contamination,in order to protect the safety of food.
