Cardiovascular disease is the first killer of human health,not only causes great harm to the health of patients,but also puts a huge burden to family and society.Studies have shown that many cardiovascular diseases will appear autonomic nerve dysfunction in the early stages of the disease.Therefore,real-time monitoring of the autonomic nervous system can effectively prevent cardiovascular disease.At present,it is not possible to accurately evaluate the change of activity degree and balance of the autonomic nervous system.Heart rate variability is a dynamic index caused by the autonomic nervous system.Based on the relationship between the heart rate variability and the activity degree and balance of the autonomic nervous system,this thesis designed experiment to affect the activity and balance of the autonomic nervous system of adults,then extract the information that can reflect the changes of the autonomic nervous system.The main work of this thesis are shown as follows:1.The evaluation indexes and the weight of the indexes are determined according to the combination weight method and the experimental data.Through the statistical analysis of the experimental data,the representative parameters are selected as the evaluation indexes.Then through comparative analysis and correlation analysis of the extracted indexes,the relative importance of the indexes is obtained.And combined with the evaluation results in this thesis,the evaluation matrixes are constructed and the subjective weight of the indexes are calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process.Through statistical analysis of the experimental data by objective weight method,the objective weight of the indexes are obtained.Then combination weight of the indexes are calculated by the multiplication integration model.2.The autonomic nervous system are fuzzily comprehensively evaluated by combining analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthetic evaluation method.Using heart rate variability can effectively evaluate the regulation of the autonomic nervous system.Based on the characteristics of the experimental data and the reference values of the common indexes of heart rate variability,the evaluation criteria were established.Then the activity and balance of the autonomic nervous system were evaluated by fuzzy synthetic evaluation method.The results showed that with the change of the three states of body,the activity of the autonomic nervous system gradually increased and the balance gradually changed to the sympathetic nerve dominant.3.The obtained weight is used to construct the evaluation model of activity degree and balance.According to the selected indexes and the weight of each index,the each index data is standardized.Then a linear model of the activity degree and balance of the autonomic nervous system is constructed.The model can give the corresponding activity degree and balance indexes according to the state of autonomic nerve system.Then the calculated activity and balance indexes are performed discriminant analysis.The accuracy of the discriminant analysis respectively are 85.6% and 88.9%,which indicated that the model has certain reliability.4.The state of autonomic nervous system under different stress are comparatively analyzed.This thesis designed two experiments to simulate physiological stress and psychological stress.The experimental data were performed comparative analysis,and results showed that the changes of heart rate variability induced by different stress conditions were different.and the results showed that the regulation mechanism of autonomic nervous system was different under different stress conditions.It shows that the regulation mechanism of autonomic nervous system is different under different conditions.Based on the physiological information reflected by the experimental data,this thesis proposed a linear evaluation model for the activity and balance of the autonomic nervous system.The changes of the autonomic nervous system activity were detected and analyzed,and the accuracy of the model was proved by discriminant analysis.
