Objective To describ the sanitation and safety conditions of drinking water manufacturing enterprises' in Shenzhen City, comprehensively evaluate the sanitation of drinking water enterprises in Shenzhen City,and based on these facts,discuss on the overall relevance of the indicators group of "sanitation permits score Table" and "regular sanitation supervision score table",to make recommendations for the sanitation management and sanitation supervision about the drinking water manufacturing enterprises.Methods To take a cross-sectionsurvey on the drinking water anufacturing enterprises which has been got the hygiene licence for one year.To stratified by average daily production capacity,and systematic sampleing of enterprises in every level,By using "sanitation permits score table" and "regular sanitation supervision score table" to take scores on the drinking water manufacturing enterprises,"sanitation permits score table" focused on enterprise hardware facilities score, "regular health supervision score table" focused on software of strengthening the management on the basis of hardware.Shenzhen Health Authority monitors the sanitation of the units participating in the accreditation site visits,according to the score table for enterprises conducted score,discussiing at the scene and identified every enterprise's scoring.After gathering information to SPSS11.0 for Windows,SAS8.0 data analysis software tools for statistical analysis,to describe the sanitation situation by Using single-factor analysis,combining The TOPSIS method and RSR method together to evaluate the sanitation of drinking water enterprises,to explore the overall relevance of "sanitation permits score Table" and "regular sanitation supervision score table".Results(1)The mean of sanitation permission scores of super large drinking water manufacturing enterprises,Large drinking water manufacturing enterprises,medium drinking water manufacturing enterprises,small drinking water manufacturing enterprises by turn are 117.38±1.45,113.65±5.08,103.66±6.85,90.12±6.97,The mean of regular sanitation supervision score by turn are 140.00±1.97,135.40±3.71,128.19±5.98,107.29±11.3.The mean of sanitation permits scores and regular health supervision scores of super large water plants and large water plants still can not believe that a difference(P>0.05). The mean of sanitation permits scores and regular health supervision scores of super large Water Works,large water plants could be considered higher than medium-sized water plants(P<0.05,P<0.05), The mean of sanitation permits scores and regular health supervision scores of super large Water Works,large water plants could be considered higher than smll-sized water plants(P<0.05,P<0.05),The mean of sanitation permits scores and regular health supervision scores of medium-sized plants could be considered higher than smll-sized water plants(P<0.05,P<0.05).(2)The mean of sanitation permission scores of drinking water manufacturing enterprises of inside-D.C,and outside-D.C,by turn are 108.295±8.602,101.583±12.041,The mean of regular sanitation supervision scores of inside-D.C,and outside-D.C,by turn are 131.205±7.648,122.550±15.305.the mean of sanitation permission scores and regular sanitation supervision scores of drinking water manufacturing enterprises of outside-D.C,below those of inside-D.C.(P<0.05);(3)Combining the TOPSIS method and RSR method together to evaluate the sanitation of drinking water enterprises,the drinking water manufacturing enterprises classify as "excellent","good","middle", "poor",and "excellent" with five enterprises,accounting for 7.25%, "good" with 31 enterprises,accounting for 44.93%,"middle" with 29 enterprises,accounting for 42.02%,and "poor" with four enterprises, accounting for 5.80%.(4)The canonical correlation analysis results,the first of standardized canonical correlation coefficient:rU1,V1=0.9615(P<0.05),a high correlation between the two groups item;U1 is influenced by X1(sanitation management)and X8(sanitation test of production) (correlation coefficient of 0.4119 and 0.3004),V1 is influenced by Y6(equipment and regulations of sanitation test),Y4(the sanitation of facilities and equipment)and Y5(sanitation facilities)(correlation coefficient of 0.4387,0.4006 and 0.3737).Conclusion(1)From the view of average daily production capacity, the status of sanitation and safety of super large drinking water manufacturing enterprises are the highest,small water plants are the lowest,From the view of District,the status of sanitation and safety of inside-D.C,are better than outside-D.C.(2)The TOPSIS method and RSR method can be combined together to evaluate the sanitation of enterprises of bottle(barrel)load drinking water reasonably completely.(3)the score of sanitation permits and the score of regular sanitation supervision are positively correlated,Raising the status of sanitation and safety of drinking water manufacturing enterprises should be great focused on the sanitation management,sanitation test of production,equipment and regulations of sanitation test,sanitation facilities and equipment,sanitation facilities.
