Pelvic Inflammatory Capsule Treatment Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (damp Heat And Toxic The Accumulation Permit) Clinical Research

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect and the safety of Penqiangyankang capsule (PQYKC). Methods80 patients with the chronic pelvic inflammation of accumulation of stagnant and toxin-heat in interior were included in the study. ( PQYKC ) and fuyankang capsule ( FYKC ) were used to treat the treated and the controlled group separately in 80 cases. Before and after the treatment the curative effects and theside effects of two groups were observed and compared ,analyzed and treated with statistical method between the two groups. Results1. 22 patients in the treated group were clinically cured, 21 markedly, 18 effectively and 1 ineffectively; while in the controlled group they were 6, 7, 7and 2 cases respectively .The total notable effective rate and the total effective rate in the treated group were 65.15% and 92.42%, as well as the control group .By means of statistics analysis, there is no statistical difference between two groups (P>0.05).2. After the treatment the syndromes of both groups were significantly reduced(P<0.01), but there is no markedly difference between the two groups before and after the treatment (P>0.05)3. Both capsule can distinctly improve physical signs after the treatment (P<0.01).but the physical signs lacks of markedly difference between two groups before and after the treatment (P>0.05).4. Safety inspection : The side effect were not found in the safe coefficient test of blood, urine, as well as heart, liver and kidney function and soon .It indicates that PQYKC has no harmful reaction ,and PQYKC is safety in the course of clinical application. ConclusionPQYKC can effectively treat chronic pelvic inflammation examined accumulation of stagnant and toxin-heat in interior and distinctly improve some symptoms and physical signs . PQYKC is safety and has no harmful reaction.
