The Clinical Study Of Treating Damp-heat And Blood Stagsis Syndrome In Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With Comprehensive Therapy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: To conduct clinical study of Comprehensive Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of Damp-heat and Blood Stasis Syndrome (T. C. M syndrome) in chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, and to quantitatively record the symptoms and signs according to certain criteria, and evaluate the efficacy. To investigate the possible mechan- ism of it. To investigate the relation between the Hemorheology and chronic Pelvic Inflam- matory Disease on damp-heat and Blood Stasis syndrome.Method: On clinic research, 90 patients according with the diagnostic standards which were classified to chronic Pelvic Inflammatory on Damp-heat and Blood Stasis Syndrome were divided randomly into three groups , A group (take Qing Shi Hua Yu Mixture orally), B group ( apply Shuang Bai ointment externally, coloclysis treatment with compound Mao Dongqing emema ), C group (take Qing Shi Hua Yu Mixture orally , apply Shuang Bai oin -tment externally, coloclysis treatment with compound Mao Dongqing emema ). Symptoms and signs were recorded at the beginning and end of the study. The results of the Hemorheology were compared between the beginning and end of the study, also compared with nor- mal women.Result: As for total clinical efficacy, C group was significantly superior to the other two groups. The efficacy rate of C group was 93. 3%, The efficacy rate of A group was76. 7%, The efficacy rate of B group was 73. 3%. There was significant difference between C group and A group(P<0. 05), also C group and B group. But there was no significant difference b- etween A group and B group(P>0. 05). Compared with normal women, the the patients' res- ults of the Hemorheology were obviously unnormal, to show the condition of the bleed were dense, sticky, coagulate and stagnant. After the treating, the Hemorheology of the C gro- up patients almost renews normal. The effect was all significant, compared with their own beginning datas and other two groups(P<0. 05). There was also significant between the beginning and end of A group(P>0. 05), either B group, but some indexes can not renew normal.Conclusions: Compared with normal people , patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflamma- tory Disease have obviously unnormal in Hemorheology. Comprehensive Therapy of Tra- ditional Chinese Medicine can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and signs of the .Chro- nic Pelvic Inflammatory, and improve the Hemorheology.
