Clinical Study Of Acupuncture-medicine Therapy In The Treatment Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation Disease Of The Type Of Damp-heat Binder With Blood-stasis

Objective:To conduct clinical study of Acupuncture-medicine Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation Disease(CPID) of the Type of Damp-heat Binder with Blood-stasis,and to quantitatively record the symptoms and signs according to certain criteria, and evaluate the efficacy.To investigate the possibility of this new treatment to patients of this mentioned kind.Method:On clinical research,60 patients who,according to the diagnostic standards,were classified to CPID of the Type of Damp-heat Binder with Blood-stasis were divided randomly into three groups.A group(take Jia Wei Jin Ling Zi San Powder orally and Xiangdan acupuncture Injection given),B group(Jia Wei Jin Ling Zi San Powder orally),C group(apply only treatment of Xiangdan acupuncture Injection).Symptoms and signs were recorded throughout the study and were compared between the beginning and end of the study.Result:As the results,clinical efficacy of A group was significantly superior to the other two groups.The efficacy rate of A group is 90%,the efficacy rate of B group was75%,the efficacy rate of C group was 75%.There was significant difference between A group and B group(P＜0.05),while there was no significant difference between group B and C.Result of after-treatment among all groups shows significant difference comparing between A group and B group(P＜0.05) and between A group and C group(P＜0.05),while shows no significant difference between B group and C group.Physical signs of after-treatment among all groups shows the Group A is better than the others (P＜0.05).Symptoms of after-treatment among all groups shows no significant difference among 3 groups,while shows significant difference in main symptoms of after-treatment among 3 groups.In which,Group A has significant difference in treatment efficacy of abdominal pain and lower back distending pain comparing other groups(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Jia Wei Jin Ling Zi San Powder can promoting Blood circulation by removing Blood-stasis,promoting Qi,relieves pain and eliminating dampness and heat;Xiangdan Injection can promoting Blood circulation by removing Blood-stasis and regulating and relieves pain of menstruation.Hereby, with Jia Wei Jin Ling Zi San Powder taken orally and Xiangdan acupuncture Injection given,patients who suffering CPID of the Type of Damp-heat Binder with Blood-stasis have great improvement after treatment.Therefore,this method of treatment is strongly recommend to clinical.
