Observe one the weights of the uterus and the ovary , the vary of sex hormones levels such as E2 , P, PRL comparing with the phase before giving the medicines, the other the forms of the endometrium the graafian follicle and the corpusluteum.Conclusions:"Luo Shi Tiao Jing Zhong Zi Pill" can be used to cure Infertility, Threatened Abortion and Irrugular Menstruation that belong to the insufficiency of Kidney and the stagnation of Liver-qi in the traditional Chinese Medicine theory. The treatment efficacy of the Kidney-yin weakness cases is superior to that of the Kidney-yan weakness cases. It can not only large the small ovum size but also improve the quality of the ovum, which can lead to the normal luteal function, which can be realized by stimulating the secretion of FSH and E2, at the same time by descending the high level of prolactin in blood which can lead to luteal phase defect.
