Research On Xiao Chaihu Decoction On Primary Liver Cancer After Interventional Treatment

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiao Chaihu Decoction on the prevention and treatment of Primary Liver Cancer after Interventional treatment,provide scientific basis for for its clinical application as well as prescription-syndromes.Methods: Selected the liver disease department of the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2016 to December 2017 in accordance with the diagnosis of Primary Liver Cancer,and 70 patients with TACE treatment were agreed and proposed.The randomized control group was divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The control group used conventional western medicine therapy before,during,and after treatment with conventional(general treatment,protect liver,western medicine intravenous drip,antiviral treatment),the treatment group,on the basis of treatment in the control group,in before and/ or after treatment with conventional western medicine therapy on the basis of combined with Xiao Chaihu decoction,course of 7days.Treatment group,there are two of them off by observation period could not insist on taking Chinese traditional medicine,three patients were asked to quit for personal reasons in the control group to observe and eliminate.Observed and compared the two groups before and after treatment of clinical symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,TCM symptoms curative effect of TCM syndrome integral,total effective rate,temperature(Before and after treatment,1d and 3d),the change of liver function,coagulation function,alpha-fetoprotein(α-FP),statistics and analysis of two sets of results.Results:(1)In symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine symptom integral,two groups of patients after treatment of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine symptom integral scores had varied degrees of decline,integral score within the group to compare the two groups before and after treatment had significant difference(P < 0.05),the treatment group and control group after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral score comparison between groups,there were significant differences(P < 0.05).(2)In TCM symptoms curative effect of total effective rate,the treatment group total effective rate was 93.9%,control group total effective rate was 62.5%.Two groups total effective rate of statistical significance(P < 0.05),two groups of TCM symptom of that group of TCM symptoms curative effect was better than the control group.(3)Temperature,two groups of patients before and after treatment 1d,3d on the day of the highest temperature on the temperature distribution by using statistical tests,two groups of patients after treatment 1d,3d temperature distribution was statistically significant(P < 0.05),proving hypothermia treatment group better than the control group.(4)Two groups of patients after treatment had certain declined,each group before and after treatment there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Between the two groups,it showed no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).(5)In transaminase,ALT and AST were improved in both groups after treatment(P < 0.05).There were showed significant differences in ALT and AST in both groups before and after treatment.After treatment,treatment group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).(6)in terms of coagulation function,there was no significant difference in prothrombin time(PT)level between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).(7)In level of α-FP,there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Application based on "Prescription and syndrome differentiation",Xiao Chaihu Decoction can effectively prevent and treatment of Primary Liver Cancer patients with conventional postoperative complications,to some extent improve the postoperative patients with conventional clinical symptoms,liver function.(2)To further refine the prescription,to understand the connotation of the Prescription and syndrome differentiation’s evidence,to establish the clinical basis of the road map for the identification,application of Xiao Chaihu Decoction,so as to better inherit the prescription and use it.(3)In order to further establish the clinical basis of the relationship between TCM syndrome and modern liver disease.
