Therefore this research innovates the techniques with clarificant method, which was treated by macro-reticular resins lowing the ratio of extracting product, and the containing of total flavon is twice as the before, and diminishes the dosage of each day, and evenmore, the experiment not only changed technique, but also solved the absorbing moisture on the basis of improving the technique. At present, with rutin used as controller determine total flavone to control the quality of XINANJIAONANG, which is not incorrect in containing detecting as this method mainly adopted color-comparing mutually. With the two compunds: vitexin and hyperin, and by means of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method determines the containing of flavone for the leaves of Crataegus pinnatifiea Bge.var.major N.E.Br. This experiment makes use of the sulfuric acid hydrolyzing the extract of the leaves of Crataegus pinnatifiea Bge.var.major N.E.Br. to determine the contain of flavone. And the method has not report up to now which maybe a better method to control its quality. Through this experiment, acquired eight compounds by polyamide, silica column and thin layer chromatography, and two compounds is negative when identify with hydrochloric acid magnetism powder. The identified compounds are vitexin( VI). hyperin(VDI). Others are unknown, to be identified. |
