Study Of Hawthorn Leaf Chemical And Process Quality Standards

The research is "studies on chemistry, technics and quality standard of hawthorn leaf".During the experiments, we optimized the best extraction technique process of active part -total flavonoids in hawthorn leaf by orthogonal experiment ,and the best technique process of active part was formed through macroporous resin by orthogonal experiment. Setting up the quality standard of preparation ,including property ,identification, content determination. Studying the methodology of content determination and it has been approved that the accuracy ,repeating ,stability ,and recovery rate of the assay all accord with the demand .Three compounds were isolated from the active part and identified as vitexin ,vitexin glucoside, vitexin rhamnoside NMR data and physical and chemical character.Setting up the fingerprinting of hawthorn leaf by HPLC.
