Objective:To determine the content of different areas and different productionenterprises of hawthorn, coke Hawthorn granules,In order to provide scientific dataand basis for the quality evaluation system of hawthorn, hawthorn and coke hawthorngranules.Methods: Using thin-layer chromatography to Qualitative identification the effectivecomponents inHawthorn Hyperoside,by single factor and orthogonal test on ultrasonicextraction of hawthorn flavonoids to choose the optimization process,and hyperin asindex was determined the content of total flavonoids in Hawthorn method by UVspectrophotometry,and the contents of5kinds of flavonoids determination ofhawthorn and formula granules were detemined by HPLC.Results: TLC qualitative identification results:11Pieces of hawthorn samplescontain Hyperoside ingredients. The content of Ningxia, Shandong, Yunnan ishigher. Hawthorn Granule content differences between each sample, the Yifang,Guangdong has the highest content of total flavonoids.HPLC results showed that different areas hawthorn, especially formulations ofdifferent enterprises in the sample, five kinds of flavonoids are quite different.11Pieces of hawthorn samples, the content of Vitexin rhamnoside, rutin,quercetin ingredient is highest in Shandong, following by Yunnan; the content ofVitexin, hyperoside is highest in Yunnan,following by Shandong.11batches hawthorn granules of three different enterprises, the vitexinrhamnoside content is highest in Shenzhen Sanjiu F; the Vitexin content is highest inGuangdong Yifang K; the rutin content is highest in Shenzhen Sanjiu D; theHyperoside content is highest in Jiangyin H; the quercetin content is highest in GJiangyin.In short, the subject carried out and the results obtained, in order to provide atheoretical basis and data support for the hawthorn quality evaluation.
