| Insulin Resistance (IR) is the chief feature of type 2 diabetes. IR decreased the relativity of Insulin to the target constitution of human body. i.e. Biological effect and reaction which is come from fixed quantity of Insulin less than men expected normal level. The body is compensated for high Insulin bloody syndrome for the Gene of human body's subjugating IR,. IR is manifestation of pro-receptor and post -receptor sites, caused by multilayer and links network mechanism. So the traditional Chinese medicines is consistent with guidance principle of therapy, which improve IR by the compound factors of decreasing bloody sugar, blood cholesterol and remedy metabolic disorder. In the light of present therapeutic situation, the Chinese medicine have a certain advantage in improving insulin resistance. In the part of theoretical study, the pathogenesis of insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes, the study methods, the present therapeutic study of Chinese and western medicine were summed up. It argued the train of thought and methods which prevent and cure the insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes, explaining the effect mechanism and the rule of Chinese medical principle and cure from the stagnated heat of liver and stomach through the modern and archaic documentary records examined from each Chinese department and school, which is reviewed and summarized.. This clinical part based on the observation in the long term by teacher. Pass through the step of a species of overeating and relatively-fat shape before being taken ill, most of patients are melancholy and lose frequently their temper in the early and middle period after falling ill. Also their mouths feel frequently parched and taste bitter. Their excrements get often dry. Tongues are red, the moss of tongues are yellow. Their pulses rapid, strong and so on. From Chinese theory ,that is called stagnated heat syndrome in the liver and stomach. As the Chinese medical treatment of purging the stagnated heat in the liver and stomach, JG was formed and based on Dachaihu Granula of "Shang Han Lun" (伤寒论). The patients with fatty shape and the symptoms of stagnated heat syndrome in the liver and stomach were adopted for study object by the clinical method of single blindness and random control. At the same time, some pharmacological indexes were adopted, which can reflect the liver function of smoothing and regulating the flow of vital energy—SAS and SDS, which is related to the descend turbidity of the stomach—the gastric emptying, which can reflect the symptoms of stagnated heat syndrome in the liver and stomach—distension and fullness in the chest and abdomen,bitter taste and dryness in the mouth, irritability, coprostasis etc. The paper argued the microcosmic representation of the stagnated heat syndrome in the liver and stomach in IR of fatty shape type 2 diabetes patients, explaining the curative mechanism of JG which curative rule is purging the stagnated heat in the liver and stomach by observing the relation between IR change and the indexes which is related to the stagnated heat in the liver and stomach. In addition, this part argued the mechanism which JG improved the stagnated heat syndrome in the liver and stomach in IR of fatty shape type 2 diabetes patients by observing the fatty and blood lipid indexes which can result in existence and aggravation of IR. Experimental part selected Spontaneous and inheritance insulin resistance animal model i.e. OLETF rats .The paper based on the result that JG obviously improved insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes by euglycemic clamp technology. Some pharmacological indexes were adopted as follows :1) The index which related to the function of liver and decided insulin resistance of pro-receptor i.e. the level of cortisol , which demanded insulin resistance of receptor sites i.e. the rate insulin binding of liver cell membranes.2) The index which related to the function of gastric emption i.e. the level of motilin.3) The index which related to insulin resistance and could influence...
