Objective:Invest viral infection of EBV in Zhongshan City Guangdong province where have a high NPC incidence;Empirical study of Nasopharynx Detoxication Granula's Anti-EBV effect.Method:clinical invest section:collect the uint group health examination recorded numerical data from January 2007 to December 2008 in Chinese medicine hospitol care centre in Zhongshan city Guangdong province where nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a kind of high disease incidence cancer.Includes 27062 case in all who are in-service staff or retiree in school,enterprose and government institution inner city and town,among the total 16355 case male and 10707 case female,male female ratio is 1.53:1.Use ELISA to analysis EBV antibody in blood serum,invest and statistics EBV infection rate in different gender and age stage and relative risk in different age stage respectively and their endoscope,screenage,pathologic data.Use concise statistics software and SPSS 13.0 to stat.empirical study section:adoption New Zesland albino rabbit intragastric administration with Nasopharynx Detoxication Granula for 3 days, heart haemospasia prepare blood serum which contain the Chinese medicine Nasopharynx Detoxication Granula,routine cell culture to cultivate Raji cells, observe the effectiveness of pharmacal blood serum to Raji cells use MTT method, bolting pharmacal blood serum effective concentration,choose un-noxious property concentration effect to Raji cells,detect it's influence to DNA duplicating of Raji cells use PCR method.Result:(1)EB viral infection rate is 1.09%among the 27062 case invested, among which male is 1.33%and female is 0.73%.It have Statistical difference in gender,the opportunity of EB virus infection in men is 1.82 times for women.EB virus infection in different age stage have Statistical difference,Statistical analysis showed that:In addition to below 19 years old,people over the age of 80,the range of 50 to 59,60 to 69 years old group, the EB virus infection rate is significantly higher than the age group of 20 to 29 years old,30 to 39 years old,40 to 49 years old,P<0.05,suggesting that the middle-aged and old people have higher EB viral infection;(2) pharmacal blood serum containing Nasopharynx Detoxication Granula,the un-noxious property concentration effect to Raji cells,high-dose group for the 1:16 dilution of multiple and low-dose group,the 1:8 dilution,pharmacal blood serum disposal Raji cells,high concentration DNA copy number for the 64.78±55.56,in low concentration group DNA copy number of 42.80++++++++++8.93,and the blank control(no drug serum) group(3.4±2.9)×10~7.Nasopharynx Detoxication Granula low-dose and high-dose group were of significant depressant effect to Raji cells' DNA replication.Conclusion:Nasopharyngeal carcinoma high-incidence area,Zhongshan City, the crowd EB virus infection rate was 1.09%,males more likely than women infected with EB virus;middle-aged and old(50 to 69-year-old)have the highest EB virus infection rate,pharmacal blood serum containing Nasopharynx Detoxication Granula have significant depressant effect to Raji cells' DNA replication.
