Purpose: Yang Rong Run Chang Shu observation on TCM deficiency syrdrome analog constipation model mice.Material and method: First 96 mice by gender, body weight stratification, were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, dependent Yang Rong Run Chang Shu high-dose group, Yang Rong Run Chang Shu Medium-dose group, Yang Rong Run Chang Shu low-dose group and the Maren soft capsule group, a total of 6 groups of 16 males and females were equally divided between. And take the forfeit of diet and fatigue add model method of Group 2 to Group 6 mice model, created the model for the simulation of Traditional Chinese Medicine deficiency dry knot type mice animal models, after the success of make model feed different concentrations of nutrients Yang Rong Run Chang Shu (Separately with Health and Medicine: high-dose group 45. 6g/kg; Medium-dose group 22. 8 g/kg; low-dose group 11. 4g/kg), and standard dosage of the Maren soft capsule (Adult dosage by 6 / Date Calculation), 0. 4ml/10g given by the first 3th to 6th mice gavage, group 2 mice were administered distilled water equivalent, finally contrast observation Yang Rong Run Chang Shu on TCM Analog deficiency dry constipation virtual junction mice.Results:1. With the control group of mice compared to Yang Rong Run Chang Shu -dose groups of the virtual constipation mice after treatment, mice general status improved, weight gain have more obvious differences than the traditional Chinese medicine model control group of mice weight gain, there are differences between the two groups (P<0.05), with statistical significance.2. With the control group of mice compared to Yang Rong Run Chang Shu -dose groups of the virtual constipation mice after treatment, mice defecation during 24 hours has a marked improvement and in the total weight and the total grains, two significant difference(P<0.01) , with statistical significance.3. With control group of mice compared to Yang Rong Run Chang Shu -dose groups of the virtual constipation mice after treatment, the push rate of small intestine of mice has been significantly improved, the difference significant(P<0.01), has statistically meaning.Conclusion:1. Yang Rong Run Chang Shu can significantly improve the simulation of Traditional Chinese Medicine deficiency dry constipation virtual knot type mice the general status, and the body weight of mice was also increased significantly.2. Yang Rong Run Chang Shu can significantly improve the simulation of Traditional Chinese Medicine deficiency of intestinal constipation model of dry-type mice within 24 hours of defecation total weight and 24-hour defecation total grains , to improve the situation and raising the dose of Yang Rong Run Chang Shu have positive correlation.3. Yang Rong Run Chang Shu can be changed significantly Analog TCM spleen intestinal constipation, dry type mice model of intestinal propulsive movement in rates, to improve the situation and raising the dose of Yang Rong Run Chang Shu positive correlation.
