Clinical Research Of Wen Yang Jian Pi Method In Treatment Of Heart Failure With Normal Ejection Fraction

Objective:Application of the method of wen yang jian pi, to plus-minus of Fu Zi Li Zhong Decoction in the treatment of heart failure with normal ejection fraction in patients with Pi Yang deficiency, observe the clinical effect of wen yang jian pi method in treatment of heart failure with normal ejection fraction of the clinical efficacy and safety, in order to find out the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of heart failure with normal ejection fraction of new train of thought and method.Methods:69cases of patients in accord with standard, with random grouping method is divided into two groups (the treatment group and the control group), based on the conventional therapy, the control group received treatment of Western medicine, the treatment group to western medicine and plus-minus of Fu Zi Li Zhong Decoction for treating, in8weeks for1courses of treatment, observed before and after treatment traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms, physical signs, heart function classification (NYHA); six minute walk test;echocardiography(E/A); Plasma NT-proBNP index changes.Results:In This procedure6case dropped, and the definitive study is63cases,34cases in treatment group,29cases in the control group. Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome:treatment group total effectiveness91.18%, control group, the total efficiency of79.31%, the treatment group was superior to control group; the treatment group of six minute walking distance and NT-proBNP levels improved significantly than the control group; the two group patients after cardiac functional grading (NYHA), six minute walk test, echocardiography (E/A) and NT-proBNP had obvious improvement than before treatment. Conclusion:Combined with Wen Yang Jian Pi effect of Fu Zi Li Zhong decoction is a simple western medicine treatment can significantly improve patients clinical symptoms, improve exercise tolerance in patients and improve cardiac function in patients with normal ejection fraction, improve the prognosis and therapy of heart failure.
