Clinical Research, Yang Rong The Intestines Shu Mixture Treatment Of Slow Transit Constipation

Objective: Study the clinical therapeutical effect of treating STC by Yang Rong Run Chang Shu decoction.Method: Divided the patients randomly who tally with certain qualifications into observation group 120 cases, traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) control group 110 cases and western medicine (WM) control group 105 cases. Observation group had Yang Rong Run Chang Shu decoction, TCM control group had Ma Ren soft capsule and WM control group had Cisapride pill. 20 days for a period of treatment.Result: Total effective rate of observation group is 92.50%. Total effective rate of TCM control group is 82.72%. Total effective rate of WM control group is 80.95%. Total effective rate of observation group is obviously different compared with TCM control group and WM control group, P<0.05. The experiment result of Colonic Transit Test have distinct difference between pre- and post-treatment of observation, PO.05.Conclusion: Yang Rong Run Chang Shu decoction have definite therapeutical effect for treating STC.
