Eye Acupuncture And Chinese Medicine And Clinical Observations, With The Treatment Of Blood Deficiency Vertigo

Objective: studing the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combinded Eyes acupuncture for vertigo disease(qi and blood deficiency )to improve the clinical efficacy of reference.Methods: In Outpatient service and ward of the Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital selecte 60 cases vertigo disease(qi and blood deficiency ), randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group, 30 patients (eye acupuncture and Chinese medicine group) and contrast group 30 patients (Chinese medicine), Therapeutic principles was replenishing qi and blood and recuperating spleen and stomach. acupuncture point taken on the treatment group are the upside , spleen, heart area, once a day and Chinese medicine prescription is guipitang, 2 times a day orally for 10 days as a course treatment , 2 course of treatments in all ; Control group only treated with traditional Chinese medicine, the method with the treatment group. Observating the Curative effect of Two groups. use of transcranial Doppler (TCD) to detecte (Vm)of LVA,RVA and BA for before treatment and after treatment .Results: 1. eye Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine group, the total effective rate (90%) was significantly higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine group (83%), the statistical software SPSS 10.0 treatment (P <0.05), with a significant difference. 2. The treatment of Vm of LVA,RVA before and after treatment there was a significant difference (P <0.05). the Vm of Ba are the same,so not use to contrast.Conclusion: Eyes acupuncture combinded traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the vertigo disease (qi and blood deficiency) of the clinical symptoms. it has a better Curative effect than only Taking traditional Chinese medicine method. promotion is worth in clinical .
