Recently observed symptoms and signs, and long-term effect to improve the situation, the use of SPSS17.0 statistical software for analysis.Results:1. 82.6% cure rate in treatment group, control group was 17.4%, the treatment group than the control group.2. two groups were compared before and after treatment defecation were P <0.05, two treatment programs that can improve bowel movement.3. Two aspects of treatment programs to improve the extrusion has a good effect.4. two groups anal sphincter function improved after treatment, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.5. In the recurrence, the follow-up 2 years, no case of prolapse in patients treated with recurrent prolapse patients in the control group 30 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 65.2%, the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:1. triple treatment of rectal prolapse significant effect.2. triple treatment of rectal prolapse, anal sphincter function can be significantly improved, less recurrence.3. triple treatment of rectal prolapse should be popularized.
