The Clinical Study Of RPH Combined With Xiaozhiling Injection In The Treatment Of Rectal Mucosal Prolapse

Objective: To investigate the effect of automatic rectal mucosal ligation(RPH)combined with Xiao Zhi Ling injection in the treatment of rectal mucosal prolapse.Methods: A total of 60 patients diagnosed with rectal mucosal prolapse who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group received RPH + Xiao Zhi Ling injection and the control group received RPH.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores before and after treatment,postoperative complications and recurrence of the two groups were observed and compared,and different statistical test methods were adopted according to the different data of the two groups.Results:(1)clinical efficacy:There were30 cases in the treatment group,among which 14 cases were cured,8 cases showed significant effect,7cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,and the effective rate was 96.67%.There were 30 cases in the control group,among which 8 cases were cured,7 cases showed significant effect,10 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 83.33%.Clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)symptom score before and after treatment:the pre-treatment score of the treatment group was16.83±3.01,and the post-treatment score was 3.33±2.06.In the control group,the pre-treatment score was 16.20±2.90,and the post-treatment score was 5.23±2.37.After that,t=0.083 and P>0.05,which showed no statistical difference and showed comparability.P<0.05 compared with control group before and after treatment,indicating that both groups have therapeutic effect.t=-3.314,P<0.05,the treatment group has better efficacy than the control group.(3)postoperative complications:in the treatment group,there were 3 cases of anal bulge,4 cases of urinary retention,and 1 case of postoperative bleeding.In the control group,2 patients had anal flatulence,4 had urinary retention and 8 had postoperative bleeding.There was no significant difference in anal bulge and urinary retention between the two groups(P>0.05).Postoperative bleeding was compared between the two groups(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group and the control group were significantly better than the control group in postoperative bleeding complications.(4)follow-up at 6 months after surgery:there were 0 cases of recurrence in the treatment group and 4 cases in the control group.The recurrence rate of the two groups was significantly different,and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)RPH combined with Xiao Zhi Ling injection in the treatment of rectal mucosal prolapse has a significant clinical effect;(2)Compared with RPH,RPH combined with Xiao Zhi Ling injection has the advantages of safety,convenience,low postoperative bleeding rate and low recurrence rate in the treatment of rectal mucosal prolapse.
