Umbilical Method Combined Triple Surgery Patients In Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Rectal Prolapse

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine paste the umbilical combined with triple surgery in the treatment of rectal prolapse evaluating its efficacy advantage and security.Methods:Incluse the60patients met the criteria Ⅱ、Ⅲ degree rectal prolapse with anal sphincter relaxation those, first stratified and then randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group,30patients in each treatment group using the Chinese medicine paste umbilical law combined with triple surgerythe,the control group were treated with The placebo combined with triple surgery.Observed two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative length of rectal prolapse, anus damp feeling, defecation, postoperative pain, fever, micturition, anus belly, rectal obstruction, anus function,and were followed up for6months after the recurrence situation. The application of statistical software SPSS17.0statistical analysis of the results.Results:Treatment group compared with control group, there was no difference in the curative effect (P<0.05), two groups of patients after treatment and symptom scores were significantly lower than before treatment, there is significant difference of two groups of patients were improved preoperative main symptoms effectively. Length of30days postoperative rectal prolapse, defecate score is better than that of control group (P<0.05), postoperative pain score7days is better than that of control group (P<0.05), postoperative day,30th day7anal the belly and rectal obstruction score is better than that of control group (P<0.05), treatment group30days postoperatively in patients with anal canal tubing maximum systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, anal canal resting pressure is better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Patches in the umbilical method combination for the treatment of triple Ⅱ,Ⅲ degrees with anal sphincter rectal prolapse, effectively improve the preoperative and postoperative, main symptoms and complication of clinical drug use safety, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
