Purpose:Ulcerative colitis (UC) is one kind of reason unclear inflammation enteropathy.In recent years the disease had an increasing trend. Combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis has the definite curative effect to in clinical effects and enhance the quality of life of the patients,but the existing research conclusion there are a certain limitation.Combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment due to higher value to application and research,should lay particular emphasis on the construction of the standardized standardization.This study medicine by ulcerative colitis of clinical pathway, implementation, evaluation, formulate the disease of integrated traditional and western medicine treatment scheme of best, promote clinical efficacy and medical health economics cost effectiveness,make patients get symptoms curative effect and economic curative effect,seeking treatment and economic balance, improving patient satisfaction.Methods:Using the treatment group and control group controlled trials confirm therapeutic effect.This study were recorded treatment group and control group totaling 69 patients.All concerned treatment of treatment group to all be carried out strictly according to clinical pathway. Record the evaluation index and related effect assessment, hospitalization days and health economics evaluation analyze and evaluate the effect of therapeutic efficacy, hospitalization days and Health economics. In accordance with the clinical pathway execution that can shorten the length of in hospital time and improve the medical quality.Results showed that the average treatment group for the length of time the patients than controls 23.7 days, the average length of time, shorten 31.2 days a week above (24.04%).(二)Clinical effectsThere was no significant difference between the treated group and the contrasted group(P>0.05). The results demonstrated that therapeutic effect the same and the medical quality no difference between two groups.(三)Health economic value statisticsThe results showed that implement clinical pathway make the whole of expense of in-patient decreased from 12999.84 yuan to 12092.62 yuan.Average daily expenses rose from 459.05 yuan to 510.85 yuan.Conclusion showed that the total hospitalization expenses show a decreasing trend generally and the daily average expenses have increased while maintaining the same therapeutic efficacy,that reflects implement clinical pathway not only alleviated the economic burden of the patient, but also brought economic benefits to the hospital.Condusion:With a clinical pathway for guidance, which to improve the quality of medical treatment, reduce the average hospitalization time and also reduce health-care costs, improve the medical capital operation efficiency and hospital comprehensive benefits, save medical resources and improve hospital competitiveness had principal port and effect.
