Purpose : To observe the therapeutic effect of TAI different time on patients with large-intestinal damp-heat type ulcerative colitis based on meridian flow theory,to explore the effect of different time TAI therapy on the treatment of diseases, and to provide theoretical examples of TCM time medicine for patients with UC.Clinical treatment provides an objective reference and new ideas.Material and Method: 90 patients with mild or moderate active damp-heat ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into the Mao group, the You group and the conventional treatment group,30 cases in each group.During the treatment, the Mao group was treated from 5 am to 7 am and combined with hemostatic enema and agentia. The You group was treated from 5 pm to 7 pm and combined with same medicine. In the treatment group, the conventional enema time(8:30 am to 9:30 am)was given to the perfusion solution combined with hemostasis enema and agentia. The course of treatment is 21 days. The improvement of TCM symptoms, endoscopic mucosal improvement and recurrence of the three groups of patients before and after treatment were observed and recorded. The symptoms of TCM and endoscopic mucosa were scored after treatment. The effective rate of TCM symptoms improvement and mucosal healing were calculated after treatment.Results:1.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the Mao group was 90.00% after treatment;the total effective rate of the You group was 83.33% after treatment;the total effective rate was 86.67% in the routine group;the effect of TCM syndrome after treatment by rank sum test.On the upper, the Mao group was superior to the You group and the conventional group, and the results were different(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM Symptoms Improvement: In the total score of TCM symptom improvement, the three groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the Mao group was better than the You group and the regular group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in the You group and the conventional group(P>0.05).After treatment, the Mao group improved abdominal pain, mucus pus and bloody stools, which was better than the You group(P<0.05).After treatment, the Mao group improved the patient's urgency, dry mouth and dryness, which was better than the conventional group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the improvement of symptoms of TCM between the two treatment groups and the conventional group(P>0.05).3.One month after treatment,follow-up was performed. Two patients in the Mao group relapsed, three patients in the You group relapsed, and two patients in the conventional medication group relapsed. The recurrence rates were 7.41%,12.00%,and 7.69%,respectively.4.No adverse reactions occurred in the three groups during the treatment;no abnormalities were found in the routine hematuria, electrocardiogram, and liver and kidney function during the course of treatment.Conclusion:1.Different time of traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment of large intestine damp-heat type ulcerative colitis has obvious curative effect difference, and the effect of enema in the treatment of Mao is better than that of the You group and the conventional treatment group. When enema treatment for patients, try to choose the most prosperous Mao(5am~7am)in the large intestine.2.In this clinical study, based on the meridian flow theory, according to the 12 o'clock qi and blood perfusion, the retention enema retention ulcer treatment of ulcerative colitis, specifically reflects the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment, for clinical guidance of ulcerative colitis Treatment has a significant effect.
